Delivery & Returns


Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, Technology Spare Parts dispatches all items within two days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

Royal Mail Standard Delivery 2 Working Days

Items in stock are normally despatched to UK mainland
addresses within 2-3 (working days). In case of goods being out of stock we
will update you about the approximate availability and shipping time. Any time
and date for the delivery of goods is approximate and we shall not be liable
for any loss, cost, damage, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the
delivery of goods.

Express Delivery

We offer an express service (same day despatch with next working day (Mon-Thurs) for £8.99 for small domestic items for delivery within the Mainland UK

Saturday Delivery

We can offer Saturday delivery at an additional cost. Please contact for a fast-track quotation.

Heavy Goods & Pallets

Some of the items we ship go under the heavy pallets or use a specialised courier service. This prices vary depending on location and the goods itself. Please get in touch with our sales rep for a quick quotation


We request all customers to retain the original box and packaging
for a minimum of 28 days in case of returns.

We always use very reputable and reliable courier service
Like Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DPD & Pallet Force.

Goods are delivered to your doorstep and must be signed for
by someone receiving the goods. Our couriers are not insured to deliver any
items inside your home, please ensure you are able to handle the goods safely
prior to order.

Please note, we only deliver the goods to the address on
original order and to the confirmed address. Once an order is placed the
delivery address cannot be changed. Request for delivery to a neighbour must be
made in writing. Once the goods have been delivered to your door, please ensure
their safety. Any requests to leave goods in a “safe” place are entirely
at your own risk. We will not be liable for any item claimed as undelivered if
requested to be left safe.

On payment of extra delivery charges (details on request),
we can arrange delivery of goods to Northern Ireland (BT), Channel Islands,
Isle of White, Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML,
EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS,
ZE). There are separate charges shown for express, timed, Saturday and Sunday delivery.
We do not ship to PO box addresses.


  • Easy and complimentary, within 14 days

As a consumer, you may cancel a Contract (for any reason at all) at any time within 14 working days, beginning on the day after you received the product(s). In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refunds policy.

To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing by emailing stating your order number and the fact that you wish to return your order, whereupon we will provide you with further instructions. You must then return the products to us within 14 days of cancellling the Contract and at your own cost.

Goods being returned must be in good condition and in their original box and packaging including all manuals (please do not mark or write on manuals), accessories. You must notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery. All goods must be received within 14 days of notification of your wish to cancel. In all cases it will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. Goods received back ‘as new’ but incomplete with missing components and accessories will incur charges. Goods received back in any condition other than ‘as new’ will be returned back to you.

In-ear headphones are excluded from the returns policy due to health and hygiene reasons. We are not able to accept returns on any in-ear headphones if they have been opened. If they remain sealed in their original packaging however, they can be returned as per the above policy.

Faulty Goods Returns – in case any product is received faulty or not working on arrival please contact us immediately. You can then either return the faulty item directly yourself or we will organise a collection from your address. Upon receipt of the goods and confirmation of the fault by our technical engineers you will be offered the following options:

    * A replacement – this item will be shipped to you at our  expense.
    * A repair – the repaired item will be shipped to you at our expense. Please note that once repaired the product is no longer eligible for replacement.
    * A full refund – provided the item has been verified faulty and is complete with all accessories in its original box and packaging.

If the product is not deemed to be faulty by the engineers, you have the following choices:

    * Return of the goods – the cost of delivery charged to you.
    * Refund – the invoice cost less any applicable delivery charges provided the product is ‘as new’ and complete with all accessories in its original box and packaging. If the condition of the product or the packaging is poor then we reserve the right to charge you for re-packaging costs. Missing accessories will also be charged at full price.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible. In any case, we will process the refund within 14 days of the day we received your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for delivery of the defective products.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
