Mode of Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, and most debit cards. You may also pay using your PayPal account( if You pay by e-Cheque your order may be delayed until payment is cleared). Cheque/cash or postal orders are also accepted. When placing an order please provide us with your exact billing address, Mobile and land line telephone number. Please provide the address and phone number your credit card provider has on their record and exactly it appears on your statement.
Please make sure you are using your own credit card/debit card. We will only deliver the goods to the address where the card is registered and your card provider has the same details on their records.
Prices are subject to change any time and only those prices are valid which are displayed on our own website when your order is received. We regularly update prices, price my go up or come down and only those prices will be charged which are shown on our website at the time of ordering. In case of any doubt please confirm the prices before placing an order.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure correct prices are displayed on our website, should a product be listed at an incorrect price due to typographical mistakes or error in pricing information from suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If you have made an electronic payment we will immediately issue a refund to your account in full. (E&OE)
All items listed on sale, on special prices, half price, clearance and bargain prices, are sold on a first come first served basis. Once the items are sold out or reserved for someone and an order is received later, we may either offer an alternative item or cancel the order and refund the amount paid for the item. We may withdraw any item from sale or special offer at any time. You may reserve any item for a very limited period if in stock or expected to be in stock by paying a non-refundable deposit. Items can not be reserved without full or part payment. Placing an order through our website does not mean contract to purchase or supply goods. You may cancel your order before shipment is made or we may decline to supply before shipment is confirmed. You will be refunded in full in this case.
All orders will be dispatched the same day if the Payment is cleared before 2pm, we will provide tracking number for all our orders, customers must contact us within 7 days of the date of the order if the order was not received, We are unable to dispute with the courier any missing shipments after the first 7 days of the order, therefore all customers must contact us within 7 days of placing any orders with us if the parcel is not delivered.
Damaged on delivery, if any order received damaged, please contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery, we are unable to dispute the damage with the courier if the damage is not reported within the first 3 days from the date of the delivery, and we will not be responsible for this damage if not reported on the specified time.
We will not be responsible for the contents of the parcel if the customer requested that the order to be delivered to a safe place, If the customer requested the parcel to be left in a safe place, then we will not be responsible for any losses of this parcel, it is left at the customer’s responsibility.
Customers must ensure their availability at the delivery address once an order is placed if the order requires a pallet delivery, if the customer will not be available for delivery, the delivery date must be arranged with our customer service team on 01462434430, or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Pallets deliveries can not be missed or re-arranged without a cost of a full pallet shipping charges, that is why we must be informed of a suitable date and time for the delivery.
Pallets deliveries can not be left at a safe place.
We must have a valid mobile number for the recipient as the delivering depot will be in contact with the recipient if there is any issues with the delivery of the pallet.
C- International shipping.
All international sales will be subject to duty and customs at the arrival country, the shipping agent will contact the customer to arrange for duty and customers charges to be paid. All international shipments must have a valid contact number, otherwise missing contact numbers will results in the shipment being returned at the cost of the customer.
Po Box Address
We are unable to deliver to a PO Box, Pack Station, delivery must be specified to a residential or business address.
Availability and Supply of Products
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If for any reason we cannot supply the goods we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. We supply the goods as supplied to us by the manufacturers including accessories, manuals, user guides and we cannot be held responsible for any change effected by the manufacturers.
Product Information, Description and Images
Product Specifications, images and descriptions shown on our website are for the purpose of giving a general description of the goods and all the information is taken from suppliers, manufacturers, magazines, and other sources. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information. For detailed specifications please refer to the manufacturer’s website. All accessories supplied with a product are subject to upgrade or change at the manufacturer’s discretion.
As a consumer, you may cancel a Contract (for any reason at all) at any time within 14 working days, beginning on the day after you received the product(s). In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refunds policy.
To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing by emailing email@example.com stating your order number and the fact that you wish to return your order, whereupon we will provide you with further instructions. You must then return the products to us within 14 days of cancellling the Contract and at your own cost.
You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of products that have been made to your own specifications, such as custom cut cable or items listed as “special order”.This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
When you return a purchase any free gift supplied with the purchase must be returned.
Goods being returned must be in good condition and in their original box and packaging including all manuals (please do not mark or write on manuals), accessories. You must notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery. All goods must be received within 14 days of notification of your wish to cancel. In all cases it will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. Goods received back ‘as new’ but incomplete with missing components and accessories will incur charges. Goods received back in any condition other than ‘as new’ will be returned back to you.
Once a return request is approved, shipping and return cost will be deducted from the total price paid, even if the item was sold as free postage, the cost for shipping the goods to the buyer and returning will be deducted from the total cost. Free postage is considered as cost impeded in the total price offered, once a return is approved, Technology Spare Parts will collect the cost of shipping the goods and if require arrange a return at the customer’s cost.
Goods returned in a used condition due to reasons deemed to be the buyers fault, Technology Spare Parts Limited will deduct the cost of salvage the used appliances and will deduct the cost from the total amount paid to be refunded.
Any accessories or parts not returned, or exchanged, the cost for the parts will be deducted from the total amount paid.
Customers who return their products in the same condition they received their order, will receive their refund with postage (shipping and return) deduction unless the buyer arrange the return, then shipping to customer will be deducted from the total cost.
Once the return is complete, the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days from the date of receiving the return, once inspected and condition confirmed.
In-ear headphones are excluded from the returns policy due to health and hygiene reasons. We are not able to accept returns on any in-ear headphones if they have been opened. If they remain sealed in their original packaging however, they can be returned as per the above policy.
Faulty Goods Returns – in case any product is received faulty or not working on arrival please contact us immediately. You can then either return the faulty item directly yourself or we will organise a collection from your address. Upon receipt of the goods and confirmation of the fault by our technical engineers you will be offered the following options:
- A replacement – this item will be shipped to you at our expense.
- A repair – the repaired item will be shipped to you at our expense. Please note that once repaired the product is no longer eligible for replacement.
- A full refund – provided the item has been verified faulty and is complete with all accessories in its original box and packaging.
If the product is not deemed to be faulty by the engineers, you have the following choices:
- Return of the goods – the cost of delivery charged to you.
- Refund – the invoice cost less any applicable delivery charges provided the product is ‘as new’ and complete with all accessories in its original box and packaging. If the condition of the product or the packaging is poor then we reserve the right to charge you for re-packaging costs. Missing accessories will also be charged at full price.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible. In any case, we will process the refund within 14 days of the day we received your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for delivery of the defective products.
If the product became faulty after the first 14 days of arrival (not including Large appliances) please contact the manufacture for warranty claim against your item and we will assist you to complete this claim with the manufacture, we can not be responsible for any return after 14 days of receiving the goods if the buyer refused to contact the manufacture for a repair or replacement for a claim under the warranty.
In case of large appliances; All large appliances sold by Technology Spare Parts Limited can not be returned if used and became faulty without a prior approval from Technology Spare Parts Limited, customer must contact us as soon as the appliance became faulty, and provide information about the appliance. model number, serial number and the problem with the appliance, we will then be able to contact the manufacture on your behalf and arrange an engineer, the engineer will decide if the appliance can be repaired under the warranty, or replaced by the manufacture directly, if the buyer refused to have the visit engineer, then the buyer forfeit the right to have the faulty appliance repaired or replaced, Technology Spare Parts Limited will deny any future return request and will not be responsible for the return of the appliance.
