Nuovva's cast iron pans are treated with vegetable oil after polishing. The entire surface of the pan is treated with this oil. The pan is then baked in a large high-temperature oven at 1500°C to form a thin layer that prevents rust for a short time and forms a first thin non-stick layer.

To improve the "non-stick" layer, you can bake the pan yourself, and the more you use the pan, the better the layer will be. After that, you won't have to worry much about it, and your pan will be able to fry almost anything to perfection.
